When life becomes hectic or all your energy is focused on a particular project, it’s easy to lose balance and neglect other aspects of your life. It’s important to remember that all aspects of your life are equally important.

While drive and focus are necessary to accomplish tasks, overdoing it can lead to frustration and intense stress. Therefore, it’s important to take a step back and assess your life as a whole.

During the workshop, you will learn why and you will obtain a tool to help you evaluate each area of your life and determine what needs attention. By doing so, you can identify and address imbalances before they become bigger problems!

Workshop wins:

Determine the categories of your life that you would like to prioritize during this phase.
Establish the areas of your life in which you are willing and ready to make changes.
Identify the areas in which you need support or resources.
Obtain a tool that you can reuse whenever you need it.

Until my son was born which was a wake up call for me. Becoming a mother gave me the courage to finally take a risk and leave my stable job to pursue my dreams.

Today, I assist purpose-driven expat women in gaining clarity and confidence to achieve their dreams and career goals. My aim is to serve as their motivation booster and partner in crime, helping them say “yes” to their true selves and life purpose. Through this process, they can experience greater happiness, fulfillment, and improved mental health.

There is no limit to what we can accomplish together.
